RAP The Dean (Indianapolis, IN) Born in Vincennes in 1983, Eliot Dean Graham moved to the west side of Indy with his mother at age 7 after his father passed (Vietnam Veteran). His first hobby (besides video games) was to record songs off his boombox radio and rewind them over and over until memorized.... Most popular song at the time was 2Legit 2Quit.
